Post Workout 

soaked oats makes 4 servings

Ingredients

2 cups rolled or quick oats
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons honey
cinnamon to taste

Toppings: 
plain Greek yogurt
fruit

Directions

Combine all ingredients (with exception of toppings) in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight.  To serve, add 1/2 cup plain yogurt and fruit.
