Kettlebells and Group Training
Octane uses functional training methods for workouts that are balanced, efficient, and suitable for YOU, regardless of your current fitness level! Increase strength, build lean mass, burn stubborn fat, and develop superior cardiovascular conditioning, while improving your mobility and flexibility. Octane's program incorporates high intensity intervals, traditional athletic training, plyometrics, and hardstyle kettlebells training. Our goal is to train your muscles for "go", not for "show", which means that we focus on exercises with real world applications. Classes include mobility work, dynamic warmup, strength work and/or conditioning, and stretching. No matter what the workout of the day is, quality always takes priority over quantity! We are committed to helping you achieve your goals safely by making sure you train BETTER, not longer.
Yoga
Our yoga classes are designed to provide a challenging yet balanced approach whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Through powerful flows, balance poses, and strengthening holds, there is a style and difficulty level to suit anyone looking to prioritize their health through this timeless practice. All classes are open to anyone, as all poses can be modified or amplified to suit your goals. The atmosphere is always very casual, relaxed, and FUN! These classes are excellent to do in conjunction with the workouts, as an active recovery class, or as standalone classes. Open to all members.
PiYo
PiYo® LIVE combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small. Classes are open to all Octane members, including yoga only members, and are suitable to all fitness levels.
