This is the final week of the New Year's Challenge! Hopefully, you've been keeping track of your gluten free days this month so you can add those bonus points to your score. The last day of the challenge is Saturday, March 1, and that is the last day you will be able to record your weight and waist measurement. If you won't be in class on Saturday, be sure to get this done before then! To give you time to add up your points, the deadline to turn your packet in will be the following Saturday, March 8. Yes, we are leaving it up to you guys to count up your scores! As you saw on the board this week, "Fitness is like marriage. You can't cheat and expect it to work." We trust you guys ;)
We will announce the two winners the following week; one for the highest percentage of weight and inches lost, and one for the highest total score. Each winner will get a $100 gift card to The Buckle and free crawfish from The Fieldhouse!
