Mission

At Octane, our goal is to improve the lives of as many people as possible by sharing our passion for fitness with our community.  Helping others optimize their health and performance is what we love to do!  We have seen our clients lose hundreds of pounds and get off diabetes and blood pressure medications, and we have helped elite athletes increase their performance.  The greatest success for us is seeing the mental and emotional changes in our clients once they begin accomplishing physical feats they never believed they could. 

Training

You don't need to workout harder and longer to see better results; you just need to train smarter.  Octane's program is well balanced, efficient, and designed to increase your metabolism while making you stronger and faster.  We use functional training methods in order to train your muscles for "go", rather than "show".  If you are only interested in bulking up your tee shirt muscles, these classes aren't for you.  But if you want to feel good, move well, and be prepared for whatever life throws at you, this is the place for you!    

Nutrition

No matter how smart your training program is,  you can't out train poor eating habits.  How well your body functions is directly related to the quality of fuel you provide it with.  This is why nutrition education is an integral part of our program.  Many of our clients come to us misinformed about what proper nutrition is and don't understand why their diets haven't been working for them.  We will help you unlearn the nutrition misinformation that you were raised with and guide you to help you find what works for you.
